Information you share
When you submit an enquiry or appointment request, the website collects your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, message and, for appointment requests, your preferred date and time of day. The request is recorded with a reference and submission time. Please do not include sensitive medical information in these forms.
How requests are used
The salon uses the information to respond, discuss services and arrange a visit. Requests are stored in a private inbox on the hosting account and can be reviewed by authorised administrators. If email notifications are configured, the request is also sent to the salon’s chosen email address through its email provider. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails or confirm an appointment.
Essential website cookies
The website uses an essential session cookie for form security and administrator sign-in. The public request form also uses a one-time submission reference to prevent duplicate requests. This package does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Spam prevention & access
Temporary request limits use a hashed network address to help prevent abuse. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own operational logs. Public visitors cannot browse the request inbox. Administrators can mark requests as contacted or closed, and delete them when no longer needed.
Keeping information
Submitted requests remain in the private inbox until an authorised administrator deletes them. Contact the salon if you want to ask about, correct or delete information you have submitted. The salon can also discuss information retained separately in its appointment records or email account.
External services
Links to Google Maps and Instagram open services operated by other organisations. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit them.
